Texas updates: A reminder that it is important for our Midwest and East Coast customers to recognize that their orders will not automatically ship out of Texas at the current time. This point is important as you take transit times into consideration for your scheduling. Current transit times can be between 3-6 business days for our Midwest and East coast customers. Please confirm your shipping location with a Customer Service Partner in order to plan your next install if your order is time sensitive relative to transit times. Priority Freight shipping can be offered on the freight orders for an additional fee of approximately $60-$120 depending on size and location of shipment.

Flake and Pigment sales: In the beginning of the year, an update was made for all Flake blends and Lava Flow pigment purchases. All flake and pigments can be purchased as a full system only. A full system comes with epoxies and top coats of your choice. For example, for a 500 sq. ft. Roll on Rock system will include 2 kits of epoxy, 1 50lb box of flake and 1 kit of top coat. Flake and pigment items will not be available for purchase outside of a full system. Versatile made the decision to not sell the flake and pigments alone to continue offering our loyal customers discounted flake pricing and to protect customers from being underbid from local competition not purchasing the full epoxy flooring systems. Versatile stands apart from other Epoxy manufacturers by dedicating over 10,000 sq. ft of warehouse space to stock various flake blends and sizes as an added benefit for our customer to conveniently pick up flake while purchasing their epoxy & topcoats.
Shipping Policy: Versatile offers free shipping on all liquid and Epoxy Flooring System purchases over $600 and on cabinet orders over $1200. If your order does not meet the free shipping requirements, shipping charges will be added. For larger orders shipping via FedEx Freight, a pallet fee may be applicable as your order will be packed onto a pallet to prevent damages/losses during transit.
Will Call orders: Versatile offers our local customers the convenience of placing liquid orders online for Will Call. Both locations offer this benefit to allow our customers to easily pick up products quickly for installs. Please allow 45 minutes for your order to be ready after being placed online. A customer service partner will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Versatile offers our customers two convenient ways to place an order, online and by phone.
- Placing an order on Versatile.net – Our website offers the ability to place an order or get a quote at any time of day. Need pricing? Need a Spec Data Sheet or Install guide? Both can easily be found online by entering the product into the search bar. When ready to place an order, go ahead and add the items you need to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will have the option to check out as a guest, log in to your account or create a new account. If you are a current Versatile customer and want to create an account to order online, please call customer service to acquire your account number.
- Placing an order over the phone: Ready to place an order but have some questions? No problem. Our customer service representatives are here to assist you with placing an order and ensuring you order the correct product for your install needs. If you are a current customer, please have your account name or number ready to allow our customer service partners to locate your account. If this is your first time placing an order, a customer service partner will assist you with creating an account.
