In the month of July, Versatile has many updates that may affect our customers. Please find the upcoming changes listed below:
Warranty Submissions: As of July 1st, Versatile will require a $30 processing fee for all warranty submissions submitted AFTER July 1st. Going forward, we will be offering a 10-year warranty on our Roll-on Rock system for residential applications and a 3-year warranty for commercial applications. I have attached the new warranty information along with the warranty form that should be completed and emailed to: warranties@versatile.net.
New Customizable Key Rings: Starting August 1st, Versatile will have new customizable key rings. The new key rings will feature the 12 most popular blends and/or pigments. You will have the ability to add onto the key ring for additional cost. The customizable key rings will be available for the following systems: Roll on Rock (4×4 & 12×12), Lava Flow (9×9), Mica, & Solid epoxy colors. Each key ring will include tiles featuring different top coats to enable you and your customer to see and feel the difference between topcoat options. In addition, one tile will show the Rhino Tooth.
New Minimum for Cabinet Shipping: Effective July 15th, the minimum Cabinet net order amount to qualify for free shipping will be $1800. Cabinets will be shipped to the closest terminal. A large bulk minimum is required (sea freight container) for international orders to qualify for free ocean freight to international ports. Please call your representative for more details. We regularly ship to Europe, South America, Central America, Canada, Alaska, the Caribbean, Asia, and the South Pacific. The customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, stamps (or any other government fee) and customs fees for international shipments.
Accessory Pricing Update: Effective July 9th, the accessory pricing will have an increase due to The Trump Administration levying an extra 25% tariff on all product containers leaving China. Unfortunately, while working with our vendors, we are unable to absorb this additional tariff and find it necessary to pass a price increase on the affected items effective July 9, 2019. Be assured that we will continue to work with our vendors for solutions to reduce the exposure to trade policy risks as we make purchase decisions. Texas Updates: A reminder that it is important for our Midwest and East Coast customers to recognize is that their orders will not automatically ship out of Texas at the current time. This point is important as you take transit times into consideration for scheduling your installs. Current transit times can be between 3-6 business days for our Midwest and East coast customers. Please confirm your shipping location with a Customer Service Partner in order to coordinate your next install if your order is time sensitive. Priority Freight shipping can be offered on freight orders for an additional fee of approximately $60-$120 depending on size and location of shipment.
Economy Roller Covers Bulk Sale: Versatile is offering a huge bulk discount on 18” economy roller covers. To receive the sale price, the roller covers will need to be purchased in a minimum quantity of 100. The discount price for each bulk bundle will be $150, which makes each economy roller cover only $1.50! 18” economy roller covers are great to use on epoxies and deck paints, however they are not recommended on any top coats.
