G G & S Murals and Painting is an owner operated general contracting company located in Baltimore, Maryland. They specializing in home repairs, painting, custom bars and Lava Flow Metallic Flooring.
G G & S Murals and Painting made their clients vision a reality with this custom Lava Flow install. The customer wanted a custom Lava Flow Metallic Floor with a custom counter-top to match. To create this one of a kind install, the countertops and floor were prepped with a light sanding followed by two coats of the White 4195 Direct to Concrete Epoxy. 4800 100% Solids epoxy was mixed with Arctic Pearl pigment to create the base color. To create the marble effect, Sterling and Copper Lava Flow pigments were added in as the accent colors. The result is a smooth, glass-like finish that has a unique and subtle reflective sparkle like a real marble slab.
